Well this one is close. His WARP3 is 80 which is pretty much a bottom line number. His RCAA of 230 is good enough, but you have to discount the 37 he racked up in the Federal League. He did play 13 of his 15 seasons in the Dead Ball Era. His OPS+ is 122. I will give him a very lukewarm "yes".
