Coddle the QBs a little more, please. If I am Hugh Douglas, I do the exact same thing. It was as clean as clean gets.

QBs make a lot of money in the NFL.
Teams are just protecting their investment and ROI.

Let me put it this way. I hate the DH far more than this silly rule about hitting QBs, but I still go to baseball games. Well, NL games at least.

I'm with Buzz - there are a lot of silly rules in the NFL. I'm still not totally sold on pass interference.
If I were the Bears, I would not be complaining about losing Jim Miller. Maybe this'll be their chance to go out and get a QB that can actually throw, like a Drew Bledsoe.
