1884 UA Franchise Movement

OK, here's a tricky one. Can anyone track the movement of the franchises in the 1884 Union Association?

Many times when a franchise died Henry Lucas convinced another existing team to take its place and start with a clean slate.

Start out with the first eight teams and track their movement.

No, they weren't all the starters. Only 8 started, but Lucas allowed teams to start with a 0-0 record if they took over for a team that quit.
