I've always felt that the Hall of Fame should have been for players only, possibly managers, but never executives, pioneers, or umpires
now, a seperate wing for them, that's fine, but I just think the main HoF gallery should be for those who PLAYED the game, not those who PROFITED from it
therefore, I will vote NOT to include any execs, pioneers, or umpires in NetShrine

I see your point but umpires really did not profit from the game and at least they were on the field of play (sometimes in the way:) and when Happy Chandler comes up for election he's going to get a yes from me.

I pretty much prefer players only and you have to have a major impact on the game to get me to okay a non-player. Besides he was a lawyer.
