for me, the fault of the 1919 scandal has rested 50% on Commiskey, 30% on Landis, 10% on the non-baseball guys who set it up, 5% on Cicotte, 5% on 6 other Sox, and 0.00001% on Jackson
taking off 5% of Cicotte's RSAA gives him 173, still enough for me to vote him in
