We need a four way tie at the end of the season - Yankees, Red Sox, Indians, and White Sox.......
And for kicks and giggles, the Angels and Athletics tied with each other as well.

Question is - will it be a three-way three days from now?

I like the Yankess chances of sweeping Baltimore a lot better than the Red Sox chances of doing the same to Toronto. Could the Orioles look any more dead ? At least we know where they can find forks for the post game spreads..... Of course it must get old pretty quickly playing in a "home park" that once again is loaded with fans of the other team. My guess is that New York comes to Boston with a one game lead on Boston, and Cleveland is tied with the Sox.

DB, your right, the O's have surrendered. With Sosa's de facto in-season retirement, Roberts season ending injury, and the Palmeiro mess they are just emotionally shot.

And nobody wants it. Yanks down 13-7, Indians down 5-3, White Sox lose 3-2, Red Sox tied with the Jays.

9th inning and I'm hoping that Danys Baez falls apart in the Jake just like old times.

Yeah, but that bullpen's gonna be WASTED come Wednesday night. 8 pitchers, and the game's not over yet.

So much for the O's laying down. Yanks pitchers must have been just awful. Tribe missed another opportunity to close on the White Sox.

Yanks pitchers must have been just awful.
Awful would have been a very generous description. Nobody could throw a strike until they were too far gone.
