Which was the first team to have two pitchers with 20+ saves in the same season?

In 1990 the Soxs had both Lee Smith and Jeff Reardon. Both had 20+ saves for the year, but Lee Arthur was dealt to STL. He had only 4 for the Soxs and 27 for STL.
Buzz is right, the Mets beat us again!

The Mets may have beaten the Bosox once again, but they weren't the FIRST team to do it.
Keep trying.:)

I'm guessing Wilhelm was one of the two.

Nah, too long ago. It's got to be more recent, like the 1980's.

Hoyt Wilhelm and Eddie Fisher, circa 1965?
I personally thought it'd be Wilbur Wood there.
*sigh* I miss the knuckleball.

Yeah...I looked. :) (Sorry)
My initial answer was Eastwick and McEnany, but McEnany had only 15. Wilhelm and Wood was who I more seriously thinking of, but Wood wasn't at 20 in a year...
Anyway...back to your regularly scheduled program.
