Who has played the most years NEVER having hit less than .290 in a season? How many seasons?

Assuming there's a minimum in AB's, it sounds like Tony Gwynn, 18 I think?

There's no minimum for AB.
Tony hit .289 (190 AB) in'82, then 19 years over .300, but '82 disqualifies him.
Tris had 3 yrs <.290 so he's out too.

He would have had closer to 15 but his last year with Boston was in the .250's.

WTG Duque. Rice played for 20 seasons, and though he hit under .300 five times, his lowest is .293 (335 AB at age 44).
