Sheffield Disputes Boras

In a true demonstration of money grubbing Scott Boras has filed papers claiming Sheffield owes him 5% of the $39M contract that Sheffield negotiated with the Yankees. Boras was not a party to those negotiations.

Sheffield is not amused by Boras's claim that he had agreed to let Boras represent him this last off-season. Basically Sheff is saying Boras didn't do anything, so he isn't getting anything.
