Jerry Krause, the former Bulls GM who built the supporting cast that surrounded Michael Jordan (not to mention the disaster currently occupying the House that Michael Built), who is often referred to as "The Sleuth", has returned to professional sports. As the new Special Assistant for Baseball Operations with the New York Yankees.

It should be noted that before being named Bulls GM, Krause spent 16 years as a scout for the White Sox. (which also proves how wacky the NBA is. A baseball scout can become a basketball GM).

So, hey, New York, enjoy the guy who said "Players don't win championships, organizations do".

You want wacky? How about David Stern's fluffer becoming commissioner of the NHL! Krause spent his entire tenure in Chicago telling everybody what a great scout he is(was). This is a coup for the Yankees.....according to Jerry Krause.
