Did it ever happen that a batter was intentional walked even the base loaded?

I don't remember when, but I'm pretty sure this has happened to McGwire and/or Bonds in recent years.

The second link says that Bonds' was the fourth in history, I quit looking before I found the other two.

And according baseball library, Mel Ott did it on 1929/10/5, but this time they intentional walked him for preventing him contending home run title with Chuck Klein.
