I think Johnny Mize did it twice at home (as a Card) in 1938, and Ralph Kiner did the same in 1947 for the Pirates.

There are actually 4, because YL's answer of Sammy Sosa is also correct. He did it twice at home in 2001:

Thanks, Craig. I remembered that Sammy was the first to hit three in a game three times in a season, so I guessed that two of the games might have been at Wrigley.

Thanks a lot, Craig. I found this one when I checked Bagwell's data in Baseball Library and forgot there should be possible someone made it after him. My mistake.
