7 Billy Redmond 42
I tried to check this list on www.baseballreference.com to find who's the last lefty-SS, and I found it's Billy Redmon.
Redmon also played 19 games as SS in St. Louis Red Stockings of National Association.

Redmon certainly wasn't the last one. Almost, if not all, of the players on the list I've presented came after him.

Last player on the list is Doc Miller and I check his name on http://www.baseball-reference.com/m/milledo03.shtml and find there is no SS fielding stats....
Since he played in 1910-1914, if he ever played SS then he will be the last lefty-SS. (cause Gehrig had no chances as SS) I think the stats from these two source have some kind of difference.
