Once you start a poll, can you edit it?

Can the poll starter change people's votes? If, for example, someone changes their mind and wants to vote 'Blue' instead of 'Black', can their original selection be altered?

I think you can edit some aspects, but not the votes.

As an Admin, I should be able to do that - otherwise, I think that's it, in terms of who can do it
